So it is very likely i'm gonna be MIA even more often (or even almost for good - only almost) on Multiply! i've got myself a li'l domain & hosting, and a li'l photoblog template, and i've start a li'l sth on the site. The site is only partially running now. It consists of 4 sections, i.e. Photography, Design, and Blog, and Links. At this very moment, the Photography is just kicking off, so is the Blog. i'll re-introduce my previous pix back into Photography section (but no re-intro for the previous blogs into Blog section). Unfortunately, Design section is not ready at all yet.Links section (which will be up soon), will list external sites & links to wotever useful resources. But don't mind wot happened before. Wot matters is, this noon, my mobile rang, only 3 times before i could reach it. i checked the missed call. Some KL land-line. Who would call me with landline? Most of my mates in KL - only a few anyway - don't really have land-line, and they won't call me from offices. "Oh please be Kid Chan" i half joked to myself. That doesn't mean i won the competition, but how mint is that! This is an on-going true event, it hasn't come to an end yet Some facts (to my best knowledge): Parties involved: O2 Customer Service, O2 Insure Gold, 2020 (O2 Insure Gold's delivery company), Initial City Link (courier service appointed by O2 Insure Gold &/or 2020) Claim Process: Customer to contact O2 Customer Service, get transferred to O2 Insure Gold and file a claim. Once claim is processed and approved, (customer's involvement should end here, and wait for the claim) O2 Insure Gold will then place order with 2020, and 2020 to despatch the claim, and use Initial City Link to courier the claim to customer, and (in this case, a damage claim) swap the damaged handset with customer.
